Meet the team: Our Legacy

Meet Aaron

A familiar face in Routt county. Aaron trained at Discount Tire in Colorado for over five years and learned the tricks of the trade. He saw the need to eliminate the hassle of the typical tire buying and changing experience. He had toyed around with an idea to open a mobile tire business for a few years.There had to be a better option for the customer. In 2019, he decided that it was time to launch Legacy Tires. With his tire experience he understands that there are a lot of factors when choosing a tire or wheel. It's a financial investment and can be overwhelming with a lot of information to figure out, he can help give suggestions to ease the mystery of tire and wheel buying. In his free time, Aaron is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys sharing his experiences with his family.

Meet Julie

Julie is on the office side of Legacy Tires. Julie has scheduling superpowers and is married to Aaron. She encouraged Aaron to take the leap and start the business in 2019. Both Julie and Aaron grew up in families with small businesses. When you call, you will most likely talk with her. In the past few years she has been learning the world of tires and wheels. If there is a question she doesn't know, she is happy to help find out the answers. In her free time, Julie is talking with friends and cooking food, drinking coffee and icing birthday cakes. We look forward to working with you.

Question: Can you balance the tires?

Answer:Yes!

Question: Are you open? I thought you sold your business and stopped doing tires.

Answer: Yes we are open and we are providing tire services. The business that closed was a different mobile tire service provider in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Question: What services do you provide?

Answer: We can order new tires and wheels. We offer tire quotes on major tire brands so you can compare different tires to find one that meets your needs. We are a mobile tire service that adds a level of convenience to your seasonal changeovers, new tires or tire repairs.

Question: Can you get texts on the main number?

Answer: No, we can not. It is a landline.

Question: Do you provide any other services for a vehicle? Oil changes, brakes or alignments?

Answer: No, we don’t provide other vehicle services. We are completely focused on tires and wheels services.

Question: Will you come to the appointment if it is raining or snowing?

Answer: Most likely the weather is not going to stop our mobile tire service. We do our best to be at the scheduled appointment. Occasionally there are things out of our control that would cause a delay or a change. If a delay happens, we will give a courtesy call and talk over some options. Our goal is to keep everyone's scheduled appointment.

Question: I saw some tires I liked on a different website. Do you price match?

Answer: We try to be competitive with our prices. We are always willing to discuss the pricing from the other website and compare them to our prices, so you can make the best choice for you.
